Relaxed version:

One set of parents hosting
Mr. & Mrs. Alejandro Castellanos request the honour of your presence at the marriage of their daughter Emma to James Okafor …
("Honour of your presence" traditionally signals a ceremony in a place of worship; "pleasure of your company" is the secular equivalent. Nobody will be scandalized either way — but now you know the code.)

Together with the Castellanos and Okafor families, Emma & James invite you to share in the celebration of their marriage…
Blended and complicated families
Name people, not org charts. If naming every parent and step-parent becomes an essay, fall back to the graceful catch-all:
