The service

Aetherial Studio designs custom-crafted digital invitations and provides tools to manage RSVPs, seating, arrival check-in and communication with our studio. Each invitation is hand-built for one client.

Accounts

You must provide accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

Your responsibilities for guest data

When you add guests, you confirm you may share their details with us for the purpose of your event, and that you'll only invite people who would reasonably expect to receive your invitation. You are the controller of that data; we process it on your behalf (see the Privacy Policy). You can export or permanently delete it at any time.

Pricing & payment

• Invitations start at $59 per event. Additional sections, custom media, more design concepts, rush timelines and other add-ons may increase the price.
• We'll always agree and itemise the full price with you before any invoice is issued — nothing is charged automatically.
• Payment is by PayPal invoice, payable with any major card, a digital wallet such as Apple Pay, or a PayPal balance through PayPal's own checkout. All payments and payment details are processed solely by PayPal, subject to PayPal's terms and privacy policy — we do not collect, handle or store your card, wallet or bank details.
• By default your invitation is reached through a private link. A personal web address on our domain (for example james-and-jenna.aetherial-studio.com) is an optional extra, quoted with you before any invoice. We don't offer hosting on a separate domain of your own.
• Pricing is per event — there is no subscription.

Refunds & cancellation

• Once your invitation goes live, you may request a full refund within 48 hours. Contact us at contact@aetherial-studio.comwithin that window and we'll refund what you paid for the event and take the invitation offline.
• After 48 hours from going live, the fee is non-refundable — the design is bespoke, hand-built for your event, and by then it has been delivered and in use.
• Time-based extras (keepsake hosting and the post-event photo gallery) are prepaid for the term you choose — there is no recurring or automatic charge. Once a term is paid it is non-refundable, but nothing renews or bills again unless you choose to extend.
• This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the law of your country.

Revisions & scope

Your design brief includes up to three rounds of revisions. Further rounds, or changes beyond the agreed scope, may be quoted as an add-on before the work proceeds.

Hosting & takedown

Your invitation is hosted for the run-up to and shortly after your event. Uploaded media is removed about 30 days afterwards unless you opt into keepsake storage for an agreed period. You may request earlier removal at any time.

Intellectual property

• We retain all rights in our designs, code, templates and the platform. You receive a licence to use the invitation we create for your own event.
• Any media you provide (photos, video, text) remains yours; by uploading it you confirm you have the right to use it and grant us the licence needed to build and host your invitation.

Testimonials

After your event we may invite you to leave a testimonial. It is entirely optional. We will only publish it, or attribute it to you, with your explicit consent, and you may ask us to remove it at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service unlawfully, to send unsolicited bulk messaging, to upload content you don't have rights to, or to attempt to breach its security.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided with reasonable care but “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the event in question.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your events at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Novi Sad, Serbia.
